| Registered User New Member | Hi Mark, And Hello to all subscribers on the Forum. I am attempting to design and route some Architectural details in, possibly MDF board, for use on the front exterior of a house. The space is a semicircle, actually two semicircles over two French windows. The base is under 4 feet wide and the height of the arch is 3 feet. I was thinking of placing the designs on the MDF board and routing the negative space out. Windows are south facing and climate is Pacific Northwest. Any suggestions re techniques, materials or other are very welcome. Great Site and Forum. Thanks lots TERRIER |

| Registered User Supreme Forum King | MDF may not be what you want. It is not weatherproof and will de-laminate in short order. MDO (medium density overlay) board is more suited for outdoor uses. It's used for making signs. Welcome to the forum.
