I am an old retired mechanical engineer. Been woodworking since I was 12 in my dad's basement workshop.
I was moved twice with my work and one more time since I retired, so I just finished my forth shop. I have many of the standard tools, unisaw, drill press, router table, radial arm saw, compound miter saw, jointer, planer, lathe.
I make some furniture, and make a lot of smaller items for presents. I make end grain cutting boards for wedding presents and have made 32 to date.
I want to upgrade some of my tools. My jointer is a 6" Craftsman that I have had forever and want an 8" with longer beds. My router table is small and I want to build a larger one with a lift and dedicated 3+HP router.
Also want to get a bigger dust collector and a drum sander.

All it takes is money - right? Well, being retired that is sometimes hard to come by.
