| Forum Contributer Supreme Forum King | Hi Phil You can buy circle jig from just about any wood worker supply store BUT for a easy and quick one. Use some 1/2" thick MDF/plywood/etc. , 6" wide by 24" long, drill a 1" hole in one of it about 5" from the end, then remove the plate base plate from your router and use it for a drill template, mark the mounting holes and drill them out and counter sink them, then find the center of the 1" hole and drill a hole 18 1 1/4" from that point, do get in a rush to drill that hole ..now mount your new circle jig to the base of the router, it's best to use a finish nail for your pivot point, now chuck up a 1/4" router bit and test the jig out. Hope this helps ===== Quote:
