| Registered User New Member | I am new but have a specific need; as attached diagram; thanks its a need for a special jig setup or maybe my lack of knowledge suggests it can be done with normal router?; someone mentioned templates but not sure what they are? D |

| Registered User Supreme Forum King | If I'm reading your attachment correctly, you already have the templates in metal and in correct size? Trace that on mdf making your pattern 1/8" larger, perhaps use a flush trim bit for correct sizing? |
