Angry Don't use paypal

Order a product using Paypal. My credit card was charged, but Paypal said they never received the money. Thus I did not receive the product I ordered.
Went thru the long process of having the credit card company to return my money.

I use PayPal a lot. I have one credit card JUST for PayPal purchases. Never had a problem in ... oh... 7 or 8 years I think. I keep all transaction receipts. I agree it's a pain when things go astray though.

Hey Bud

Sorry to here about your problems with Paypal.

Never have had a problem with Paypal in over 600 transactions but alot of phoney sites are around imitating Paypal.

Were you dealing from a reputable site eg eBay or was it a private deal??

There are 1000's of horror stories re phoney sites and you can see some of these bad apples by logging on to Traderlist which is a forum similar to Router Forums see http://www.traderlist.com and for the recent list of complaints go to http://www.traderlist.com/Caution_Jan2006.html

I check this site regularly for updates of latest scams and notorious bad traders.

Biggest problem I have had, is not getting product after its been paid for!!

I concur with reikimaster and use one credit card with a small limit for use on the internet only. Seems to work for me.

Hope you have better luck next time, if there is one.

Ric

I've been using paypal for over 2 years now and it's been nothing but awesome! It really helped me expand my online business and allowed me to increase my profits a lot.
