Default The Woodworking Channel On Demand

The Woodworking Channel will soon be introducing their "On Demand" feature. The variety will be limited at first, and as the bugs are worked out they plan to include more programing. We all need to support this effort and let them know what we want to see. I hope you will all join me in messaging them about including The Router Workshop in their on demand line up.

When I have had the time, this site is pretty good. Having the ability to pick and choose will make it great. I know that my local PBS stations in Seattle and Tacoma don't have Router Workshop on every Saturday. It is usually 2 Saturdays each month. There is also very little continuity with episodes. Supporting the Woodworking Channel is a good idea. -Derek

Down under we get little in the way of woodworking programmes. The nearest would be New Yankee Workshop on our cable system which is Australian driven. Can you give me details of production/distribution of "Router Workshop" so I can canvas the local cable satation to at least look at screening it?

Perhaps Mark can shed some light on the availability of the show. I did notice that when the show is over, his name is not in the Credits. There must be 50 family members mentioned and no Mark. Oak- Park does sell episodes from past seasons. -Derek

Hi Geordie

Just use your PC and the InterNet to get the Oak-Park shows(RWS) they run them every day plus many other wood working shows, some are great and some are not but I'm sure you will get your fill on the Woodworking Channel they cover just about all of the woodworking items.

Just click on the link below

Has anyone else had any trouble logging onto The Woodworking Channel? The relaunch was supposed to start today.

I am looking forward to their launch. I just e-mailed them of my desire for them to continue airing "The Router Workshop". If we all do this maybe they will listen.

Thanks for the reply. I wrote them earlier about keeping TRW in their lineup but it couldn't hurt to do it again.

I just clicked on the link in the email they sent me and it appears to be working now. Looks to be only one persons videos mind you, but it was up.
