Default western mass woodworkers

Hello All,

I am looking for any woodworkers that live in Western Massachusetts(Springfield area). It was one of the reasons i moved here, because i thought i was in "New Yankee" country, but they all must be in hiding. I can find no clubs or organizations in the area. Also, if there is anyone of Scottish birth or Scottish ancestry out there i am always open for conversation.

Scott, Template Tom is of Scottish birth, he lives in Oz these days but you can still hear the accent mixed with a few "Bob's your uncles" for good measure. The best way to find fellow woodworkers is to seek out the woodworking supply stores. You are bound to meet up with some club members this way.

i thought i heard it on the audio blog with bob and rick. i just chalked it up to my imagination and the fact there are a lot of scots and irish living in perth, wstern australia. i figured the speech pattern just got muddled over the years.

as far as my local woodstore, they were just as stymied. kinda had a deer in headlights sorta look about them. i left the store knowing that i was going to have to hit the lottery and move to canada to be around lots of woodworkers.
