| Senior Moderator Supreme Forum King | Tonight I visited with the Livingston County Woodworkers Guild. I gave a short presentation to the members on all aspects of routing from choosing routers and bits to the use of guide bushings and templates, home CNC machines and the many interesting products from Oak Park. Members were surprised at the quality of the CNC carvings BJ did for me.(Thanks again BJ) I passed around some Oak Park wheel templates and explained how they worked. Members came up and inspected the differences in router collets and guide bushings and thumbed through the Router Handbook by Bob and the Jigs and fixtures book by Bob and Rick. Rick called and spoke for a few minutes with the group. All in all a very pleasant evening. It's tough to be interesting to all skill levels of woodworkers but everyone said they enjoyed my presentation. Thanks to AxlMyk for setting the wheels in motion, and to Don and Thomas from the Guild for their efforts.

| Registered User Supreme Forum King | I must say that it was a real pleasure to meet you Mike.. Too bad you got caught up in the famous I-96 traffic jam on the way out.. You gave a great presentation, and I know everyone learned something new.. That was the first time I had the opportunity to hold a 3 1/4 hp router.. Those are big suckers for sure.. Keep up the good work..

| Senior Moderator Supreme Forum King | Joe, If I had been thinking I would of handed my camera to Mike at the start so there would of been a pic of me. I was caught in traffic behind a big accident and running late so I just hurried to set up and begin. I had a PC 7518, my favorite Bosch 1617's(one in the Router Workshop table and one in the plunge base), a 1-1/2 HP Ryobi plunge router, many types of guide bushings, Oak Park wheel jigs, box joint jigs, a jointing fence, a PC 7518 base mounted to a 7" plate for mortising, a speed controller and books for members to check out. There is nothing quite like putting your hands on something for evaluating the quality.
