Default Kitchen remodel (major pics)

I think the project is finally finished and we put the last of the wares and nick nacks in place over the long holdiay weekend. It has been a along and exhausting project from start to finish. We did the design work ourselves, but had a contractor do all of the work in a turn key manner. I wanted it done and done right and in the shortest and painless fashion possible. My health is simply to fragile to have attempted any part of this myself and from everything involved, I believe I was right. Everything was ripped including the sheet rock to the studs, floors to the joists and ceilings to the rafters. Now that is how I spell "MAJOR".

Our house is about 125 years old built circa 1885 and has went thru various remodels and add ons during it's long life. We believe the kitchen was last remodeled somewhere is the 1950's to 1960's by whoever owned it during that time. The kitchen was a nightmare and near impossible to work in when making anything more complicated than a cup of coffee.

Here are some "before" shots so you will be able to appreciate the following "after" shots even more. I am so glad to have this thing finished and get my life, privacy and home back.

Really nice Bob guess it was worth the wait. Really like the sink. Like the cabinet choice.

Looking at the before pics. I thought you were being a bit harsh in your description, but seeing the after shots, WOW, even the new table and chairs are a delight to behold.
