Default Routerforums.com T-shirts

Every so often we ask to see how many are interested in the idea of a T-shirt from routerforums.com. In the past there was a big debate on what I consider too many designs. So here is my proposition: A simple design that says "Routerforums.com". Nothing fancy, perhaps a light grey with black lettering. The question is: How many would commit to purchasing one or more? If this happens we will have plus sizes available. In order to keep costs as low as possible this might have to be a pre-pay situation. Let's see how many are interested.

Suggestion:

The

Would depend on how much they were...

Would be nice if the t-shirt had a pocket and was 'pre-shrunk'. I'm in.

I like the idea. And would support up to a price point of about 15 to 17 buck.

Pocket in front. No printing / etc., on the front of shirt.

Back of shirt:
Router Workshop
www.routerforums.com
picture of a router bit.

My idea; Pocket in front with small rws logo over the pocket. Larger letters on back proclaiming "Got Wood?"

A simple "Router Forums dot com" as shown on one of Bjs links, a pocket is essential (for glasses and pen) and any colour EXCEPT grey and black but preferably white or beige.

BJ, The Router Workshop hats and shirts are still available from Oak Park. I wear my hat in cooler weather since it is a solid fabric cap, not mesh.
The idea for the T-shirt is to advertise routerforums.com and attract new members. Since there is no charge for the forums you may wonder why we want more members. Right now when I contact a manufacturer I can tell them about our 12,633 members world wide and over 2.6 million visitors. These are numbers companies listen to, and the more members we have the more we will get their attention. This is the reason we got answers about the defective Porter cable 890 series routers and advance knowledge of the redesigned 860 series. In the future we will be able to petition manufacturers to make design changes that members have approved. For example we might ask all the companies to design their sub base plates to accept the larger Router Workshop style guide bushings. The companies would know of a feature that customers want and if they provided this feature they would benefit from mention on our web site and sales. This would also spur more manufacturers into offering the larger bushings. This is just one example of what the forums can do for all of us. This is why we want more members, and T-shirts are a very effective advertising method. We have all those members and so far only 13 have voted. I'm hoping for more response.
