I think perhaps we could add a new catagory: Woodburning. This has always been a popular form of woodworking. We have a few threads that can be relocated with some very nice examples, and I am sure more would be posted in short order.

Howdy Mark

I would suggest a "How-To-Do-It " item

That would hold videos,PDF files,RWS items, router tables,POD cast, etc. anything that shows how to do it..

Plus a list of Mfg./sellers of router bits ,etc. plus a user review of the bits.

Hey Mike, great idea. I always love the idea of new forums.

Sure, can you quickly write up a description for the forum, and a forum title. Also, let me know where you want it located. Great idea!

Bobj3, I love that idea of a content / download based content or section of RouterForums.com. I've always wanted to do this, I think this is easily do-able if I can find the right solution.

This weekend I'm going to look into this and hopefully I'll be able to develop something nice

Thanks guys, great suggestions. Keep 'em coming!!

Howdy Mark

This is off the point a bit...but you are the only one that would know how to fix it.

When we post pictures they get all mixed up,that's to say the number one picture will end up on the end and the last will end up some where else in the uploaded pictures then sometimes we edit one of the pictures in will end up on the end...

Is the server using the size, crc, date, time on the file to load/line them up to view. ?

Sometimes once they are loaded up to view (thumbnails) and you come back to that post and they all mixed up...again...

WHAT'S the trick to keep them in order...?

thanks

BJ & Les, The intent behind the PROJECT PLANS and HOW TO section was providing plans and step by step information on how to perform an operation or build a project. Members used this section to ask for plans or how to go about specific tasks. I think this section just needs a bit of a tune up to cover your requests.

Thumbs up

Whenever I need to keep photos in a specific order I will rename then to photo-1 photo-2 photo-3, etc. although I haven't had the need to try that here.

Hi Yer Mardk,
How about a section on dissabled woodworking, there must be a load of people like myself that have had a problem with something and had to overcome it. I set one up on my web site here in the UK, check it out and see what you think.
Cheers
Pete
