I'm also looking for ideas on how to implement this. For example, we always do a submit project, vote, winners announced. I want to do a different style of contest.

| Forum Moderator Supreme Forum King | Mark, Perhaps you could appoint a small committee of secret judges that will hold a hidden vote at the end of the contest and you can announce the winners from their decision. Also, maybe categories from different tool specialties such as router projects, lathe projects and general projects should be considered since may are better at one tool over the other. I think that gives a greater number of people a chance to enter their best work.

| Senior Moderator Supreme Forum King | In the true spirit of Christmas I suggest all projects must be donated to a local charity. This could be a shelter for runaways, children's home, Veterans hospital, etc. These are people who are often overlooked during the holidays. Small boxes for personal items, pens, and especially toys for the little ones would go a long way to providing some holiday cheer. As an alternative, the projects could be sold and the proceeds donated. (This should require a confirmation email from the charity.)
