I tested it with my email address and I can't see any issues.

I don't use Skype, but I know how the system works, the graphic is fetched from the Skype servers, not an issue from our side.

I believe there is a setting in your Skype options to "Allow my status to be shown on the web".

If you guys are using Outlook, my guess is your Antivirus program could be causing something.

Hi Mark

I use AVG and ZoneAlarm and have for long time,, I checked out Outlook for many other things but it would not let it come in..
No spam checking in Outlook that I know about, but once I started to reuse Hotmail it worked just fine..

Interesting BJ..... I have my own domain and my email address is set up thru it. I do use outlook to pull my mail when it arrives, but I have a little utility that pings my mailbox every 3 minutes checking to see if any mail is waiting. When I get notified that mail has arrived, I use outlook to open the mail, but I am not even getting notification of email from Router Forums when I have a PM waiting. I have been using this process for years without flaw. Several other forums I belong to also have my settings directed to send me email notification when I get a PM and they all seem to be working just fine. Router forums is the only exception which is strange. I even sent myself a test PM and still nothing arrived in my email. Maybe just a fluke, but will sure drive one crazy trying to figure out where the breakdown is.

Oh well....maybe Mark can figure it out when he has time. Too far above my head for sure.

All of my routerforums mail was sent to my spam folder. Now that I have the address in my directory that wont happen again. New address because of the server change is the most likely cause.

Do you use OutLook for your email server ( pop3 server ) ?

Outlook is one software program that will flip the email over to the pop3 server and request it from your ISP but if it can't find a pop3 server it will drop the reqest...(details in the heading of the email)

Doyle is on a distinguished road

Howdy, Doyle here. This issue may apply only to my self as it pertains to the attached photos in the posts. With the old format I could click on the photos then click on the lower right corner and the photo would be enlarged. It is now what comes up is all you get. Also, when I click on a photo down the post a ways - to see the photo I have to scroll to the beginning of the post to see it. Is this just me or what is a happening?
Thanks
Doyle
