I am adding my voice to the list of those who do not like the new view. Slow and frequently unresponsive.

I can't opt out if I wanted to.

Needless to say, this is a change I am not happy with.

Hello,

Are you using Chrome on your mobile device? There may be a way to bypass the mobile view completely.

Thanks Kay. I just tried again, and this time I was able to select desktop view.

I am not sure what browser I am using. It is whatever came with the Samsung S3 AT&T phone. I could figure it out. Guess I am getting too old for this high tech stuff. :-(

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

I have a Droid Razr Maxx, I don't care for the new layout. It is very difficult to navigate and I thought the previous setup worked quite nicely.

It worked the first time I tried it on my Iphone but it has stopped responding now. Clicking on the 3 bars does nothing nor does clicking on any of the forum sub forums go anywhere. The only thing that does respond is the ad at the bottom of the screen. Rebooting my phone didn't help.
Kay if you can help fix this I would appreciate it. Otherwise I will be offline for 2 weeks starting next Thursday while I am away at camp.

Chuck, it is working fine for me from my iPhone but one thing I have noticed is that it is much faster when I use Chrome (on my phone) rather than Safari.

Is it still not working for you?

Hello,

What version of the iPhone do you have? Also, what is the IOS and browser you are using? I'll forward the info to the tech team for testing as I think they have most if not all of the newer iPhones from 4 and up.

Thanks for the help!

The phone I'm using was given to me by my daughter so I had to try to look the info up. The IOS is 7.1.2
The model is MC603C/A which is supposed to be an iPhone 4.
I'm using Safari for my browser.

The program is still unresponsive despite rebooting once and closing/reopening several times. The only part that is responsive is the ads. While I'm at it here I'm going to offer you some thoughts on this. You may have noticed that no one has said that they like the change so far. I'm going to suggest that you either forgot which demographic you are dealing with here and weren't aware of it. A young demographic probably wouldn't mind the change and might even embrace it. Youth today seem to love getting the newest electronics and don't mind the learning curve or even enjoy it. The demographic of this forum is much older. We don't like change. I'm not interested in learning how to operate new formats and programs that will change in a few years and I'll have to do it over again. I would still be using my old flip phone if they hadn't shut that network down. Just my 2 cents here but you might want to consider who is using the forum before you make changes.
