Hi tosha It's a real PITA when the router is setup that way..pull some elec.tape out of the tool box and tape the switch down,,,so it's on all the time.. If you want to take the router the out, you can open it up and by the switch but I don't recommend doing it that way...the tape is a easy and quick fix.. ========= Quote:

Hmm, (Your name here) it sounds like you are from Oz and own a Triton router?

Sorry Mike but it's only the Triton saw that needs it's switch held on with a Velcro strap, in any case it isn't green! But you were close.

If you could tell us the make or model of the router, some one will be able to put forward a solution to your problem. It seems the router switch needs to be locked on in some way. James | |||

I seem to be missing a lot here. Is the green button still on when you press the button on the router? What is the router plugged into? What is the make and model of the router? ![]() Cheers

My apologies Mike, I must be catching it from you! This shot shows how I lock the switch on my Triton saw.
