Default Need Help removing springs from King Canada plinge router

Can anyone give me fairly detailed instructions for removing the springs from this router. I installed it in my router table, and have to call 2 buddies over to hold the top plate down while I try to powerlift the router up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Chuck

I have NOT remove the springs from a King Canada plunge router BUT many routers come with a parts break down in the user guide manual, you can use that to help you remove the roll pins the norm or lock nut to remove the springs.

here's a show and tell for some of them but it will not show the King Canada but many of the routers are made the same way.
