I have attached a couple photos of some shop mobile cabinets I have made for both my router table and my lathe. The lathe cabinet is just plywood, glued and screwed and some brad nails. Drawers are pocket holed construction.

My router table cabinet is plywood and is built with pocket hole joinery and glue. A pocket hole jig makes this kind of project so easy... screw and glue together and drawers are a snap with it. I mounted casters on the bottom of both cabinets and added a skirt around the bottom. The drawers on the lathe cabinet have the sliding drawer guide hardware mounted on them.
