| Forum Contributer Supreme Forum King | Hi hitnailonhead Because You did so well in making the Horz. setup you may want to add a tee-track to the top,,, it will add a great deal to the Horz. router setup,, ![]() The one I put in works great for many, many router jobs... I found out if you make you own guide, that drops in the tee-slot,out of Oak or some other hardwood it works so much better the Alum./Steel ones you can buy, you can make it 24" long and it holds the sled true all the way down the track... I used 1/4-20 tee nuts to hook it up to the sled...2ea. You can make a jig that will let you go X,Y,Z but it's bit over kill for the Horz.setup... You did a great job ![]() The snapshot below is b/4 I made and install the Oak guide...found out the hard way what works best.... ======== http://www.routerforums.com/show-n-t...rz-router.html http://www.routerforums.com/show-n-t...4-new-toy.html ================ Demo Video below http://www.eaglelakewoodworking.com/...g.com/MLCS.htm ========== ========== Quote:
