Talking Thanks again

Have not made anything but a few test runs yet. Just getting things in order.My wife has put in an" ORDER " for builtin book cases and an entertainment center for the family room and new vanitys for the baths.But I am getting ready to build a 16X16 shed to give me more room in the garage!!!!!!!!!!

Hi hitnailonhead

Because You did so well in making the Horz. setup you may want to add a tee-track to the top,,, it will add a great deal to the Horz. router setup,,

The one I put in works great for many, many router jobs...

I found out if you make you own guide, that drops in the tee-slot,out of Oak or some other hardwood it works so much better the Alum./Steel ones you can buy, you can make it 24" long and it holds the sled true all the way down the track...

I used 1/4-20 tee nuts to hook it up to the sled...2ea.

You can make a jig that will let you go X,Y,Z but it's bit over kill for the Horz.setup...

You did a great job

The snapshot below is b/4 I made and install the Oak guide...found out the hard way what works best....
