| Registered User Sr. Member | Here is my latest router table. Nothing fancy but I think it should work well. I built this one bigger since I wanted a little more room this time for larger projects. | Forum Contributer Supreme Forum King | Hi Deck Nice job ,it should work out just fine I think.... May I suggest you pickup some UHMW stock and make some inserts to fill the open hole behind the bit ( the deep black hole), it looks like your fence will side together but the insert work very well , it lets the vac system work better plus it's a chip breaker as well...no gap at the top on the insert just a nice and true all the way. All that's needed is to cut a 10 deg.angle on all the parts and they will lock in place....and it makes them easy to switch out to a new one...
