Default Jersey Frame Ideas

Hi everyone.

It has been a while since my last post. I have enjoyed catching up.

I want to build my son a shadow box to hold a signed football jersey. I am looking for ideas on what type of router bits/designs to use for the front part of the door that will hold the plexiglass.

I am ideas or plans would be appreciated.

Hi Rich

I highly recommend the 1st 2 items below ,,,,the 1st router bit set will do it all,it will put in the rabbiit for the glass/plexiglass plus a slot for the rubber retainer to hold the glass in place.
You can make a 2 part door frame or just one big door so you open the shadow box to add other items to it down the road...a simple box frame would look nice and the set will help you make that as well...

The How-To-Videos I also recommend they will show you how to use the bits from the getgo....

Or the one below

HOW To Video

http://www.sommerfeldtools.com/prodi...p?number=DVDS4

If you have the extra money get the one below, You will be glad you did
http://www.sommerfeldtools.com/prodi...?number=DVD7PK

And once you view the videos you will say that's easy and you will be making all your own cabinets and shadow boxes the easy way..cabinets and furniture are just some boxes...glued and screws together..
