Default tenon cutter

i saw bob using a tenon cutter that cut 1/2 deep.
i cant find one,where do you find one like he uses

I think that one is only available as part of their mortise and tenon kit. I use an 1-1/4 straight bit (it's actually a pattern bit), and just cut one cheek at a time.
