Stranger things have been done but this project is not an efficient use of that tool and your time. Keep the circular saw to do it's intended job and shop the G sales or Craigslist for a table saw. Most older 10" saws have a 1 hp or bigger motor. You'll burn up the circular saw trying to make it work. BTW, welcome to the router forums.

Hi Jarrod, This is doable. But, you'd be money ahead to just purchase a good table saw.
