Default Bandsaw table extension

Does anyone have a pattern for a table extension for a 10 inch three wheel Craftsman bandsaw or a sled to cut longer pieces?

You could build an auxiliary table to mount on top of the one that's on it..
Piece of plywood with some carriage bolts to hold it down..

I found a plan that I used in a book called "Jigs, Fixtures, and Shop Furniture". The table top is only 16"x20", and it tilts. The table tilts forwards from 0 to 45 degrees. Let me know and I'll post some pictures if you're interested.

Gary, here are the plans that I used. I was not able to send this as a PM. Let me know what you think. You may have to change the layout a little if you have a square plate and not a round one like their example. The changes are minor.
