Fellow woodworkers,
These are two machines that I have worked on this winter
Quit a few woodworker have ask about mortise and tenon, the horizontal router will do them, that is a 1/4 bit in the router for making both a mortise and tenon. The bit set setting on top are four profiles for raised panels.
The sander is almost complete. It is made of 7 inch pine boards. The motor is a 1/3 hp motor from grizzly, the twist belt is from grizzly. Thats for the link bobj. The on/off switch is an old switch from a craftsman router table. I will be cutting down an old router table top for use on the sander.

Hi Trap

Nice job on both items.....

Just a as side note,, I found a place to buy the
T Slot Aluminum Extrusion without paying a arm and a leg for them..
Just in case someone wants to make a Horz.router table like yours ..
or a base for a dovetail jig for the router table plus other jigs.like a Alum fence for the router table..

Trap great job really like the sander. Been thinking of building one of my own once I can get more room for it. The horizontal router table is very impressive hope you get a lot of joy out of your new toys.
