Default need special router bit

to anyone out there listening ...........im building a speargun and need a ball end cutter router bit with a 1/4 inch shank to cut an enclosed track into either the gun block(tassie oak, or a delrin rod insert) i cant find any ball end cutter bits anywhere..........the bit has to cut a near fully enclosed round track to accomodate a 5/16 stainless shaft...................... see this website for photo http://spearguns.netfirms.com/pics/gun4.jpg

i know Amana in the us make the bits but dont sell the right sizes

Any help appreciated

Matt, about the only thing you will find for this type of cut is a carbide burr. It will do the job but it will be a very slow cut. You will find a big selection here:
