4
1 PC 693 with 2 bases
1 PC 894 with 2 bases
1 HF laminate trimmer (Lot of Bang for the $19 it cost on sale)
1 Sears Rotozip type unit (Surprisingly usefull, I must admit!)

The 2 Porter cable router kits are great because most of the parts and accessories are interchangable, the only thing that gets me mumbling under my breath is the 690 bases use fractional screws, the 890 bases have metric screws. When swapping stuff back and forth, got to make sure not to cross thread them.

Would love to pick up another 890 motor only, seen a couple good buys on ebay, maybe can find one in a garage sale.

I have 10 routers, but I've never use them. Right now, I'm just a tool collector.

I am ashamed to admit, I have 8.
I would be happier if I could learn to use one of them to a 90% level.!

I have an OLD (1974) Craftsman 1.5 which has been very good; a newer Craftsman 1.5 (circa 1998) which will not hold its adjustment - wish I had not bought it; I also have an Elu 3338, 2.25 plunge which is great and a new PC 7518 which is now dedicated to the router table - still on the lookout for a small laminate trimmer or something similar.
