Since I do 99% of what I do strictly for pleasure --
ie - time does not equal money
I've never really felt a need to own more than one at a time.

Just bought the Craftsman Combo discussed widely here with the idea that I would send my Ryobi to my brother.
BUT -- getting lazy in my old age --- think I will keep the Ryobi for hand work and mount the heavier duty Craftsman 'permanently' in my table.

So - now -- I have 2

Yep, got to admit I am a router nut too as I have 9 routers in my collection.
2 Elu 96E 1/4"
2 Hitachi MV12
1 De Walt 615 1/4"
1 De Walt 625E 1/2"
1 Tend T5 1/4"
1 Freud 2000V 1/2"
1 Power Pro 1/2"
Most of these are in use as I leave a few of them set up for jigs ETC. I do have the freud as a backup router for hand use and the Hitachi is in my table. The one I do regret buying is the Power Pro one as it just wasn't accurate enough.

1 Craftsman Pro model (free hand work)
2 Makita 3612C's (1 table mounted, the other hand held, my fav's by far)
1 yukon (junk)

I needed to update this one... same as above but with the following additions.
1 roto-zip (Home Depot purchased)
1 Dremil (if that counts)

A few months ago, I bought a Triton 2.25 hp router to use in a CMT table.

This was my (fine) introduction to the joys of routing, replacing a less than compelling Craftsman router that I had for 20 years.

This week, I came across an unused Festool OF1400, with accessories on Craigslist, and I grabbed it at a great price. I started acquiring Festool items recently, and could not be more pleased with the tools, so this was a serendipitious addition to my little woodworking arsenal.

So now I have a great combination. The Triton in the table, and the Festool for handheld and rail guided use.

I'll find a good home for the 1/4" Crafstman.
