Ed, why is it I picture the mailman dreading delvering catalogs to your place? This looks to be a self centering guide for a router. It would be used for cutting mortises centered on a piece of stock?

As I recall this is a self centering mortising guide which attaches in place o fthe router base. ![]() | ||
