This one may be a guess as I don't own one but have used its cousin which is very similar.

Looks to me as it might be a Milwaukee 3/8" or 1/2" close quarter drill use for drilling and or screwing in tight & hard to get at places and is made by Milwaukee Electric Tool Co.

Its cousin is the 90 degree angle drill, which worked fine for me.

I think its a Milwaukee, mainly because it is a red tool which I have associated with 2 companies over the years, one being Milwaukee and the other Hiliti ( which I know it is not).

I have used these tools for drilling anchors into walls while inside a 6" light valence, so you need a tool that will drill & screw sideways and comes in real handy while working behind inmovable objects and small in spaces.

I just checked Milwaukee website and found this, so I'm more than 99.9% sure I am right on this.
