I think it is a wax writer for easter eggs, But it is hard to tell from the photo,I used one that looked like that years ago. you put wax in the little cups and then heat it up and then the wax comes out the little hole and you make designs on easter eggs , But I am most likely wrong, But it was a shot in the dark. For that don't have anything to do with woodworking ...Learning Herb

I think it is an easter egg wax writer.I used some thing that looked just like that years ago . you put waw in it and then heat it up and the wax comes out of the little holes at the bottom ,Whereas you can put different things and words on easter eggs.But I an probly wrong,As that has nothing to do with woodworking Right..

looks more like a drag link for rear wheel drive vehicle (1960 thur 1980) car or truck.
