I got this from my brother, he found it, it was all rusted and he thought maybe I could clean it up and use it. I used a wire brush and this is what was under the rust.

Now tell us how this is used, give some details like what else do you have to have to make use of this and how is it adjusted and what does the adjustment do....... yes give us details.

This should be an easy one but I'll send you 100 points if you are the first one to answer correctly.

Adjusted by loosening the screw and move the cutter bar closer/further from the center of the bit to bore smaller or larger holes.

I was thinking someone would use the word brace as in brace'n bit but you have the idea. I don't think one would want to use this in a drill press...... Not as clean a hole as with a router but a hole none the less.
