Default "What is it?" #23

Nice cold day here in IL, a good day to stay in where it is warm and do a few "What is it?"'s.

This item is also a favorite of mine. I've had this a good number of years so I'm not sure they even make them anymore.....

Tell us what it is for or how it works and be the first one to do it correctly and you will win the 100 points..... sounds simple enough so get started by looking at the attached image.

This is a guess, but a veneer cutter? I see it has replaceable blades. Looks like they have a shallow shoulder. This makes me wonder if it is a specialty knife for working with inlays?

Can't see the end very well, but I'm going to guess a grout knife for removing old grout material.
