The other side of this box is identical to this side. So what's wrong with it? ![]() A hinge on every side! Surely the lid can't open, if it's held on by four hinges? Well, yes. This one can. See it in action here: YouTube - Unhinged Bruce

I would suspect that the pins are missing from three of the hinges. You sure do come up with some amazing boxes Brucio.
__________________ Harry The best advice that I can give a newcomer to routing is, learn to use the router mounted, this can be as simple as a board held in a vice, with the router firmly attached and a simple fence held with clamps, and when he/she feels competant and confident in it's use and is familiar with all aspects of safety, THEN, and only then proceed to learn how to use the router hand held. I've just viewed the video and am even more puzzled, perhaps I should have left my nightly whiskey 'till after I viewed it!
