a poorly made cheap bits can do it to... same for a bit that got hot, has a soft body and now has a slight bend to it...
swap bits.. if the vibration is still there start looking at the router...
if a bearing suffers a catastrophic failure you risk damaging the stator/commutator/armature and reducing the router to junk...

This would have been the week that I'd have finished chewing thru the restraints...
If only new layers hadn't been added....
