Thanks for nice welcome from the other side of the globe and at the wrong side of the road How is the weather over there?
I am happy to announce that I have got the machine i was looking for!!!!!!
I have a Legacy Ornamental Mill 1800, with Porter Cable router. variable speed motor, motor, vices, bits galore, rotary indexing table, adjustable floor stand, videos, extras. It is currently stored in central Michigan. Contact Marcia at meab77@yahoo.com.
I have a Legacy Ornamental Mill 1800 currently in mid-Michigan. In looking at other postings, it seems like most ask for about half of the original cost. That would make it a bargain at $2400 or BO, with you responsible for its transportation. Includes Porter-Cable router, training videos, the basic recommended bits and MANY more.
In looking at the last catalog I have from Legacy, it was listed at $5455 without a router, with the note that after 5/24/2004 the price would be going up due to increased costs for steel and aluminum. I do NOT have a DUST CONTAINMENT BIN, but a canvas 'bag'. Do have the 40 position indexing, and all right and left pitches, plus the rotary index table, a Design kit, either one or both vises- can't remember.
I have one that has everything with it. Located in Oregon.
