Default Finished & Painted Snowman

Hi all. I started on another carving this weekend. After band sawing out the profile I have just about got it blocked in. Have about 4 hours in it so far. I thought a snowman would be easy.. ...but proving more difficult than I thought. If I can finish rounding it without breaking any pieces off I will be happy. From a Mike Shipley pattern.

Thanks for looking!

Corey

Looks good, Corey! Don't show my wife, she's nuts for snowmen. She even has a second Christmas tree just for snowmen stuff.....

But I guess she doesn't understand my tool collecting, either.

Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work!

Looking good there Corey.

As they say, let the wood be what it wants to be.

Doug, your wife must be related to mine and half the women in my family. They all have snowmen and bear collections. Thanks for the kind words guys!
