I just tried the link and it works fine....maybe something wrong at your end?
What did you mean by "please send me a copy of this manual" ? You didn't mean a hard copy did you?
Members upload manuals to the Forum archive in digital form; there are no hard copies.
If you still have problems downloading, that we have really great gurus for.
Please fill in your bio with some info especially about approximately where you're posting from, ie California, Ontario (Canada), the UK, etc.

open the PDF and then save...
