Well, first, where have you been searching? Awhile back I was looking for a sawmill in my area. And found 7 within about 10 miles of where I live. Then found a few more within 20 miles. Then found some guys with portable bandsaw mills. And the list goes on.
I believe I started with the phone book, this was years ago. Found 1. Then started asking people, at the store, gas station, wherever there was someone. If they didn't know, sometimes they knew someone who did know, or could pass me on to someone else. The 7 sawmills I mentioned, are all within about a mile of each other by the way.
Check the phone book for tree trimmers, nurseries, etc. Even woodworking shops. Always be polite, and often someone will go a bit out of his/her way to provide with a telephone number. Even then it took me 6 calls to different places, to find one that sold the metal I wanted.
In fact I ran across one with a bandsaw mill, not too many miles from me, who not only sells various types of cut lumber, from trees he has picked up, but will saw what you take to him. He also ships cut timber. This one I'm not exactly sure how I found, as it was several months ago. Should have his webpage saved, but he's in NC (God's countryI), not GA. Hehehe
Start with the phone book. Then go to google. And be sure not to forget networking - there are some you will likely find by networking that are not in the phone book, or on google. In fact, I found one on a trip somewhere, and the only indication was a rusty circular blade, with faided painging on it, that said sawmill. That was it, you blink, and you missed it.
