Default Battery draining issue

I have updating Pie on the phone and when I connected to the ASUS-RT-AC58U Router the battery drains 5-6% an hour when the phone is idle. I contacted the Asus laptop battery replacement but they told me to update the driver of the device. Is there any another solution regarding this type of draining issue?

Not sure you will find your answer here as this is a woodworking forum, which you should have already determined from commenting on other posts.
