One of the brushes is stuck preventing the router to operate. I have been unable to extract it. However after gently trying with a set of long nosed pliers it worked but the brush is still stuck. Any ideas of how to get it out without having to strip the router down.
I would spray down the brushes with a good electric contact cleaner. My experience with stuck brushes is that they are usually dirty, either saw dust or brush dust. You might also try compressed air. If worse comes to worse, chip them out and replace them.
I would try some super glue on the end of a 1/8" dowel rod..let it setup and try and pull it out
