I am a late comer to woodworking --- in late 60's with about 4 years of woodworking experience. Am still equipping a basement workshop.

I recently purchased a Bosch 1619 EVS router and want to mount it in my homemade router table. Would appreciate any recommendations for a compatible lift.

Thank you.

HI Dickp

You could have had a V8 :)
The Bosch 1617 comes with a built in lift kit :)

Bosch 1617EVSPKBP 2.25-Horsepower Combination Plunge and Fixed Base Router with Bonus Pack

Amazon.com: Bosch 1617EVSPKBP 2.25-Horsepower Combination Plunge and Fixed Base Router with Bonus Pack: Home Improvement

You can put out 90.oo bucks more and get one to fit your router
Router Raizer RZ 100

Or you can get a Sears router combo kit for 100.oo bucks that comes with a lift kit build in.

But I should say I do recommend the 2 1/2 HP Sears red top Pro.combo kit over the Bosch 2 1/4 HP one,it's about the same price and it comes with with all the neat items and you can get 3 bases and you can use the brass guides right off the bat..and all 3 bases have the lift kit built in..:)
