Default Need help with my new Actiontec modem/router

I bought an MI424WR 2nd generation Revision E to replace my MI242WR 1st generation Revision D for my Verizon FiOS.

It can't seem to get a connection over Coax. In the 192.168 menu for connections, it acknowledges that the coax is connected once it appears to get a DHCP lease, and then PPPoE 2 takes over and looks for another lease and then it never finds one and the entire process starts over. The coax light on the router is green and then internet light is orange/red all the time.

The TV boxes are able to get the guide so something is connecting somewhere since a router is required to be connected over coaxial at all times in order for the FiOS TV boxes to receive the guide info.

If I plug my revison D back in everything works just fine. Do I have to call FiOS for some kind of initial setup on their end for this new router?
