Default I broke down today...

... and finally bought the variable speed Bosch Colt kit that has been barking at me for months. The kit has the standard, tilt and offset bases + edge guide and case. $219.95 + tax at our local tool store that caters to pros.

Good deal, Bob! The tools that keep bidding Me to spend time with them, are seducing me. I like barking too, But one thing that always happens is; It's a matter of time before I give in! Enjoy, and tell us what You think.

I know Howard, this one was barking at me for quite a while... I just couldn't pass it by today.

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I was in Lowe's yesterday and thought I was hearing things. Tools were growling at me! However, my wife is good at curing hearing problems.

I learned long ago never to take my wife with me when I go tool shopping, though for some silly reason she likes me going plant shopping with her @ Lowes/HD.. It works OK though.. it she starts getting carried away all I have to do is start chanting "Bosch Sliding Compound Miter Saw" and she stops, puts a few things back and tells me she is ready to head home (before I wonder off to the tool section!).

Check out that new high-tech cordless router.. wireless and no recharging required!!

LOL Jim, sure glad I didn't have that problem with the spouse when I heard the call of The Bosch. But yes I do prefer to do my tool shopping without the spouse.
