Cool Trend T-4

Been looking at trim routers of late. Keep coming back to the Trend. Anyone tell me what they mean by "Euro Style" 5/8" guide bushing.
This is the listing I've been looking at

The problem with experience is I usually get it immediately after I need it.

HI John

" Euro Style" 5/8" guide bushing" the type that Harry likes,, the hub cap type with two screw holes/slots or none the norm to hold it in place..
Used on many routers made over the big pond..

Universal Router Template Guide Kit, they use the hub cap type with this kit.

Hi Bob - thanks for the input. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the sucker. $15 coupon and free shipping pushed me over the edge. 5/8" bushing will work for me though as I'm looking at it primarily for hinge/latch/strike plate mortises. Also planning some sign work but it says it also has an adapter for screw type (I assume PC) style bushings. If not, I can always make another base plate. Don't know what I'll do with a 6mm collet yet, but, if I ever need one, I'll probably have misplaced it
Thanks again
