Default Porter C. bushing for Bosch

I have a Bosch 1617 router and received gift of PC 4212 dovetail. I cannot install the PC bushing and was wondering if someone can tell me where to purchase bushing or plate for Bosch that will allow the PC bushing to work. New to routerforums and live in the Nashville, TN area.

Hi Tom. Welcome to our little corner of the 'net. This is what you need to use the Porter Cable style bushings on your Bosch. Bosch Adapter Not sure where you'd get one in the Music City, but someone should have one. Or, order from the above link.

Hi Tom

I will suggest the Milescraft plate, you can use your PC type guides with it or use the turn-lock guides and the best part you can snap it out, the holder and install the PC guides easy and get to the lock ring that's hard to get your fingers in on some Bosch routers..
