Default good phone number for jointech????

does anybody that has a good phone for jointech, or itools? no numbers that i can find are in service. placed an order 3 weeks ago. they got the payment, and it appears that i got the shaft!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your problem. I have read over and over on various forums other people having the same problem. As far back as 2008 problems and last time was on the wood forum a person looking in December 2010. No one ever gets a person on a phone or a reply to their email.
I hope you can get a refund through your credit card company.

A couple of weeks ago I emailed them at that address to ask a question about if a product was in stock and got a response back in about an hour. Better than I was expecting.

I did not order anything though.

I really like their products but this CS issue has me holding my money. Please post back with any updates.
