Default jumping router

hi all
slight problem !
just finished routing out 6 double sets fire door blanks and towards the end of the last two sets the machine started to jump slightly and try to leave the cut ! ANY IDEAS WHY ?

Was this on a table? Makes me wonder if the bit was getting dull since it started happening far into the project.

have sorted lads .bit appears to have hair line crack
have disgarde and replaced
