Default Hi. incra ultra lite fence positioner

Hi
I am from east coast Australia and am just starting to do woodwork again. May I ask if any one has had experience with the incra 'ultra lite' fence positioner? Is there any movement at the ends of the fence which are unsupported? Is it a general duty device or specialised for box making? Also does any one have free info in regard to the dimensions and proportions of an all round router table?
Regards
Peteroo.

Welcome to the Router Forums Peter!

Thank you very much for asking one of many questions I haven't remembered to ask yet myself!

Great links Bob.....being sold on some sort of super fence is something I became within days of getting here. Now I just have to pick one out so I can figure out how to 'drive' it.

HI Bill

You're Welcome

It's a great fence it just shows you don't need to put out the big bucks for a nice fence, it comes with a very nice CD,it will show you how to drive it
With just a little rework on the fence you can make panel doors easy with it.

Hello Bill! I think that the positioner from Incra would work out well! I have one, and I have used it a little bit, and I have had no problems with it. I am disabled, and have been trying to finish Our home, so I get no real play tjme. I have used it for local woodworking, and repairs, but not for playing with all it will do. I leave Mine on the table, and use it as a fence. It works well that way. When I get some time to build a few boxes, or another project for a birthday, I know it will do any thing I ask of it with-in reason!
