Default Mod on 611

Watching a Dave Rhoten vid on sign making. He is using the Dewalt DWP 611 PK without plunge base. Yet he has attached two handles to the router . Makes it much easier to use while free handing.
Does anyone know where such a gadget can be bought, or how Dave attached the handles.

Hi Bill,

in one of the earlier videos, Dave shows how the router was modified...

Bill, all my signs re free hand, and Dave and Eric are the reason I started my signs.
with a router. I'm actually friends with Eric on Facebook. I, too have the 611, but
use my plunge. I LOVE it, and never, ever, EVER in a million years did I ever think t
hat I would say that I liked the plunge. I like the one on the 611 because how smooth
it is on the plunge and release. I have the fixed base, but I don't like the pain it is to set
the depth. I think if you look through his videos, you might find one on how me made
that contraption.
